Who you’re agreeing with

These terms are between you and SRVenkata. SRVenkata is the trading name of Srini Rentala Venkata, a sole trader, so you’re dealing directly with Srini Rentala Venkata, not a company.

Bubbles is a beta-testing app. You use it at your own risk: things may change, break or lose data without notice, so keep your own copy of anything that matters.

The software belongs to Srini Rentala Venkata. Bubbles is free, and Plans and pricing has the details.

Your work lives on your device

There’s no account, no password and no copy of your workspace on our servers. See Your data.

Important: if you lose your device, clear its storage, or lose your recovery kit, nobody can get your work back for you. Make a recovery kit.

Bubbles is a preview. It may change, break or stop, and we can’t promise it will always be available. If you write to us, we’ll answer when we can.

What we ask of you

• Be 18 or older. See Age.
• Only send an invite link to people you mean to invite. Anyone with it can ask to join and see the bubble’s name and who is in it.
• Don’t use Bubbles to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to keep other people’s information without their agreement.
• Don’t attack the service. If you find a security problem, please tell us: see Security.

If these rules are broken, we can stop a bubble from syncing. That never touches what’s on your device, or stops you taking a copy.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version appears here and on Release notes. If a change affects you, we’ll tell you before it applies. Using Bubbles after that means you accept it.

You can stop any time, with nothing to cancel. Take a copy first if you want one, then use Delete everything, in You, under Privacy and your data. If we ever close Bubbles, we’ll give notice and time to take a copy.

Responsibility and law

Bubbles is a beta-testing app, free and provided as it is, and you use it at your own risk, with no warranties beyond those the law gives you and doesn’t let us exclude. We’re not responsible for losing work you keep in it, for what anyone does with an invite link, or for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity.

Nothing here limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow to be limited. If you’re a consumer, your legal rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country’s law.
